It’s been a super crazy month! My debut novel cam out the same week that I started my It Works! business. I tried a couple of wraps when my first kit are in and had some great results!

I’m psyched! Now, keep in mind that most of what was lost was from tightening close skin (mostly thanks to the twins lol), not weight loss. If I want to lose the weight that I need to, it’ll take some lifestyle changes. Many of my fellow It Works! distributors have seen some incredible results from using The System or the Skinny Pack. The System is a more complete program, and I would love to participate in it, but unfortunately not all of the products are available in Australia yet. So, I’ll be doing the Skinny Pack, which also has fabulous results.
These are the results that my friend saw after only one week on The System! Imagine what we could accomplish after 90 days!!
I am super excited to announce that I now have two friends that will be joining me on my 90 day challenge! I can’t wait to share with all of you how we transform our bodies during this time.
Please remember, it’s important to love and accept yourself for who you are and not what you look like. My goal isn’t to help people be beautiful, it’s to help people get healthy! Your self esteem should come from within, not the mirror. (But, let’s face it, it would sure feel pretty good to get down to our goal weights.)
My goal: 30 lbs (13 kg) in 90 days
That’s 10lbs per month, 2.5lbs per week. It’s important that your goals are not only realistic, but healthy. Thirty pounds in three months is impressive, but certainly not insane.
Goals are much more attainable when you’re working with a team, so jump on board. I’d love to help each other during this time 🙂 I’ll need your success stories as well. You don’t need to purchase anything from me to be a part of the team. The products work (hence the name) and will help support you in getting the results that you’re looking for, but certainly not necessary to get and give support!
I’ll be checking in soon when I get my shipment later this week. We’ll talk about about moderate exercise, importance of strength training, and food diaries!
